Jerome Thorstenson is an Identity & Access Management (IAM) architect with over two decades of experience in IT security and enterprise solutions, but he's not about buzzwords - he's about results. Jerome has a proven track-record of transforming complex challenges into streamlined solutions that businesses can actually use. Most recently, he led the migration at Salling Group, shifting from legacy platforms to SailPoint’s Identity Security Cloud, all while ensuring that the migration didn’t affect the 61,000 users or the more than 1,5 million daily customers. His passions? Digital Privacy, IAM architecture and making “least privilege” and “just-in-time” access more tangible. He’s an expert at integrating IAM solutions with retail systems and common cloud services, helping businesses scale securely without creating bottlenecks. With certifications like OSCP for penetration testing, Cloud Administration and compliance auditing, Jerome is known for designing no fluff systems that are both secure and practical.

Hans-Robert is an Identity Strategist and evangelist for SailPoint. He has been with SailPoint since the early days as one of the first boots on the ground in EMEA. He spends a lot of his time talking to prospects and customers on where and how an Identity Security solution delivers value to their business. Likewise he is coaching sales teams to help them articulate the value Identity Security delivers to their prospects.

Hans-Robert Vermeulen brings over 25 years of experience in the broader Governance and Identity and Access Management space, ranging from consultancy and advisory work to technical pre-sales, Hans-Robert has a wealth of experience and understands the underlying business issues and complexity associated with the unique Identity Security challenges that businesses face in today’s highly-connected, highly-distributed and AI-infused complex environment.
